SFC Alum Hayden Gray makes history in NBA

History was made this weekend for Santa Fe Christian alum Hayden gray.

Gray became the first UC San Diego basketball alumnus to ever play in the NBA officially reaching basketball’s biggest stage.

In his debut on Sunday, Gray scored 6 points against the Los Angeles Lakers–a moment he’ll never forget. After all, not many players can say theit first NBA game came against LeBron James.

Grays rise has been years in the making. He starred at Santa Fe Christian, then continued his impact at UC San Diego, where he helped lead the Tritons to their first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance.

From high school standout to college cornerstone to NBA history-maker–Hayden Gray’s journey is just getting started.
